David Watkins MBE (1942–2023): Welsh Rugby Legend in Union and League

Born on March 5, 1942, in Blaina, Monmouthshire, Wales, Watkins began his rugby journey playing for Cwmcelyn Youth. He later expanded his presence, contributing to esteemed teams such as Abertillery RFC, Ebbw Vale RFC, and Pontypool RFC.
